  • It's not about losing weight! Although there's a good chance you'll lose some l-bs, weight loss NOT the goal.

  • No one's going to bug you if you don't stick to the plan. However, we WILL give you colorful, delicious new foods to try that you can work into your family's mealtime in the future.

Who teaches 30 Days Raw?


Leigh Hopkins

Leigh Hopkins has a Masters in Education, a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, and is a certified Usui Reiki Master. In 2010, Leigh Hopkins said goodbye to a career in social policy to move to Brazil, where she founded Viva Institute by rigging a satellite dish to a boulder in a banana field (yes, really!). Viva Institute's workshops and virtual retreats have reached thousands of people on six continents. A lifelong educator, Leigh is passionate about helping people to unlock their unique contributions to the world. At Viva Institute, we believe that you are the catalyst for your own transformation, and Leigh's mission is to empower you with the tools you need, exactly when you need them. Leigh's writing has appeared in BOMB Magazine, Longreads, McSweeney’s, and The Rumpus, among other publications. Today, she lives in Philadelphia, PA.
